Track menu
(The 'Edit' sub menu is accessed by hovering over Edit)
Edit, Rename
Shows a dialog to specify a new name for a track/route
Edit, Reverse
Reverses a track/route. The track/route will still have the same number of points in the same locations, but they will just be reordered.
Edit, Reduce
Reduces the number of points in a track/route while keeping it as similar in shape as possible. A lot of GPS devices have a limit on the number of points in a track, and this enables you to bring tracks within this limit.
Edit, Join all segments
Joins all the segments in a track together. The track will still have the same number of points in the same locations, but they will all be merged into one single segment.
Edit, re-route segment
Allows re-routing of the current segment (the segment should be highlighted when you hover over it so you can see the extent of it).
When you move the mouse, the map will ask Google for a route via where you've moved the mouse to.
There should then be a line indicating the suggested route which will snap about as you move the mouse over different roads.
When you're happy with it, right click again and choose 'Accept'.
To abort the operation and leave the track/route like it was, right click and choose 'Cancel'.
Edit, re-route between
Allows you to re-route a part of the track between two points that you specify. Basically a shortcut for 'Define Segment' and then 'Reroute Segment'.
Edit, define segment
Allows you to specify two points on a track which will define a segment.
The map will split and join as necessary to make the part of the track between these two points into one, and only one, segment.
Edit, cut to start
Removes the part of a track between the start of it and where you clicked, so that the point you clicked on becomes the new start.
Edit, cut to end
Removes teh part of a track between where you clicked and the end of it, so that the point you clicked on becomes the new end.
Edit, split here
Splits the selected segment into two, so that the first ends at the point you clicked, and the other one starts at the point you clicked.
Edit, undo...
(Only available if you have just done an operation that can be undone)
Reverts the track to how it was before you did the previous operation.
Delete
Removes the track/route from the map.
Undo last
Basically, undoes the last drawing operation on the track. More specifically, this actually just deletes the last segment of the track - but since each drawing operation creates a new segment, the two are usually analogous.
Add waypoint
Add a waypoint at the location that you right clicked at.
Note that this does not necessarily 'snap to' a point on the track/route, the option is only on the track menu so that if the point where you right click happens to be on a track, you will still get that option.
Show elevation, for whole track
Shows a chart of the elevation profile for the whole track, using Google's elevation data.
Show elevation, for selected segment
Shows a chart of the elevation profile for the selected segment, using Google's elevation data.
Show recorded elevation, for whole track

(Only available for tracks that have elevation data in the trackpoints.)
